This is a fund to which IDC members (and family/friends of IDC members) can contribute in memory of an IDC member or in tribute to some milestone in their lives. The fund was created in 1997 to honor deceased IDC members who have made a significant contribution to the drycleaning industry. Money in the fund is to be used to promote international understanding and good will in the industry. The funds generally are used to support social get-togethers and events at conventions, since so many friendships are formed at those events. This is as those honored would wish, having themselves spent many happy hours with IDC friends at conventions and other events.
We plan to facilitate giving to the fund via PayPal in the near future. For the moment, if you wish to give, you can still do it via PayPal, or you can simply mail your contribution to the address below.
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Decide how much you would like to give to the IDC Good Will Fund.
3. Send the funds to this email address: carolyn@idcnews.org.
4. Be sure to indicate in the "notes" section who you are giving in honor of, so that we can acknowledge your gift properly.
1. Write a check for the amount you wish to give, payable to IDC, with "Good Will Fund" in the memo section.
2. Indicate on the check or in an accompanying letter who you wish to honor with your gift.
3. Send the funds to this address:
